Conceived as a contemporary urban home, the project reflects a seamless blend of luxury, warmth, and spatial clarity.
Tailored to the lifestyle of Mr. Vijay Vasanth and Mrs. Nithya Vijay Vasanth of Vasanth & Co., the design language embraces a refined palette of natural materials, bespoke elements, and carefully curated lighting to create an elegant yet deeply personal living environment.

The interiors are envisioned as a series of immersive experiences, where each space unfolds through a rich interplay of textures, light, and volume.
Double-height living areas, expansive glazing, and curated lighting installations establish a sense of openness while maintaining intimacy.
The client’s preference for understated luxury is expressed through marble surfaces, warm wood paneling, and custom-designed furniture pieces. Every room balances sophistication with comfort, ensuring that the home feels both grand and inviting.

A defining aspect of Incasa lies in its attention to detail and custom craftsmanship. All bedrooms feature specially designed beds tailored to the scale and character of each space, complemented by bespoke side tables and accessory furniture.
Material selection was carefully aligned with the client’s vision, combining luxurious finishes with durability and timeless appeal.
Lighting plays a pivotal role throughout the home from sculptural installations in double-height spaces to subtle ambient layers enhancing both the architectural features and the overall atmosphere.
